A charming Edwardian red brick home. This renovation involved demolishing the 1980s extension and building a new single storey extension to the rear of the house, a fusion of old meets new.

Newly designed areas included an open plan kitchen with walk-in-pantry, living room with gas fireplace, laundry, powder room and study. Existing front rooms were painted and new herringbone pattern floorboards laid throughout. Feature black steel doors in the hallway were added to separate the living and bedrooms zones and also create a point of where the old meets the new.
