A modern extension to a beautiful Edwardian style home in Melbourne’s Scotch Hill precinct. In this project the 1980s additions were stripped out and the kitchen was repositioned to allow the living area to open onto the new alfresco and rear garden space.

New additions included a walk-in-pantry, laundry, powder room, study nook and living area with gas fireplace. As well as the new joinery, new engineered oak flooring added an instant luxury feel downstairs and upstairs had new bathroom fit-outs, carpet and a fresh coat of paint.
